Claremont Care supports participants living with a disability to access personalised health care and wellbeing support services. Claremont Care endeavours to give participants greater choice and enhance his/her independence and wellbeing.Claremont Care prides itself on delivering high-quality support services. Our qualified and experienced Health Professionals and Carers provide in-home and community disability care across Sydney.

Claremont Care supports participants between the ages of 7 – 65 years old with intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive, and or psychosocial disability (mental health).

Claremont Care utilises a strength-based, participant-centered approach when providing support, care, and other wellbeing services. Each participant is the expert of his/her life and supports provided by Claremont Care assist each participant to achieve his/her individual hopes, goals, and aspirations.


Claremont Care was established by John Caballero (Director) in 2021. John’s career commenced as a Registered Nurse and progressed to senior management roles across hospitals, residential aged care, and the community disability sector.John brings over 20 years of clinical experience in the fields of Emergency, Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, Palliative Care, Mental Health, and Disability. John’s strong dedication to providing the community with high quality health services will ensure that the needs of each participant are met to the highest quality of standards.
